Terms and Conditions of Sale
Items sold by https://kiddito.com/ are new and guaranteed against any defects. If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, please contact the Kiddito team, who will guide you through the process.
The ownership and risk of loss for your products will be transferred to you once you take possession of them.
RETURN - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the items, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable gases or liquids.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To proceed with a return, the customer must contact Kiddito at contact@kiddito.com. They must return the items as received, along with their original packaging and any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days at most.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returning the Item
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send us an email as soon as possible at contact@kiddito.com so that we can cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.
If your order has already been processed, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery information is correct. If you made a mistake with the shipping address, please contact us promptly at contact@kiddito.com to make changes.
However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to modify the shipping details.
SMS Marketing
By consenting to Kiddito’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.
Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages.
You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions.
You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, please email us at contact@kiddito.com.
